British High Commission - Dual Nationals

Urgent notice from the British High Commission

Please note that no category visa can be issued to any BRITISH CITIZEN OR EEA National, irrespective of the passport that they choose to submit with their application. Any application for a UK visa submitted by any applicant who is an EEA National or who holds British Nationality will unfortunately be returned without a visa having been issued.

Any British Citizen who does not hold a valid British passport can apply for a certificate of entitlement to the Right of Adobe to be issued in their South African passport.

Visa fees are not refundable once they have been paid and refunds will not normally be given to British or EEA passport holders who choose to submit a visa application

Therefore it is of utmost importance to rather make sure all British and EEA Nationals passport holders make sure their passports are valid for travel.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REGARDING BRITISH VISA APPLICATIONS FORMS:

Please make sure to obtain the correct visa application form from our website as many applicants submit their applications with the incorrect application and therefore creates a delay when issuing any category visas.
